Zentro is operated by FH MARKETING S.R.L. (tax code 50128643), registered at Intrarea Simionescu Gheorghe Nr. 19, Ap. B26, București, România. In this policy, "Zentro", "we", "us" and "our" refer to FH MARKETING S.R.L.

1. What we collect and why

Account information

When you sign up we collect your email address and a password. These are stored by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) and used solely to identify you and secure your account. We also store your organization name, country, industry, VAT status and preferred reporting currency so the app can produce accurate financial reports.

Shopify store data

When you connect your Shopify store we access your orders, products and product variants through the Shopify API. From orders we store financial data (revenue, tax, shipping, discounts, refunds), line items, marketing attribution parameters, fulfilment dates, sales channel, and a hashed customer identifier used to distinguish new from returning buyers. We also store the destination country and province for shipping analytics.

We do not store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses or any other personally identifiable information about your customers.

Meta (Facebook) advertising data

When you connect a Meta ad account we access campaign spend data. Your Meta access token is encrypted at rest using AES-256 before being stored.

Cost and financial data

You may enter business costs (shipping rates, packaging, transaction fees and other operational costs) to build contribution margin and profit-and-loss reports. This data is stored alongside your organization and is not shared.

Cookies

We use session cookies only, set by our authentication system to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or any third-party tracking.

2. How we use your data

We use the data described above to:

• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Sync your store and advertising data so you can see financial reports.
• Calculate contribution margin, P&L, customer acquisition cost, and other financial metrics.
• Distinguish new from returning customers for cohort and retention analysis.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described in section 4.

3. Data security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Third-party credentials (API tokens) are encrypted at rest with AES-256.
• Access to your data is isolated by organization through row-level security policies enforced at the database level — no user can access another organization's data.
• Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with secure, HTTP-only session cookies.

4. Third-party services

We rely on these services to operate Zentro:

• Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and row-level security. Your data is stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Inngest — background job processing for data syncs.
• Shopify API — to read your store data when you connect your store.
• Meta Marketing API — to read your ad performance data when you connect your Meta account.

Each service processes data only as needed to provide its function. We do not send your data to any service beyond these.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect an integration we stop syncing new data from that platform.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailingmihai@fuelhaus.co. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

Shopify GDPR compliance

We support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks: customer data requests, customer data erasure and shop data erasure. When Shopify sends a redaction request, we delete or anonymize the affected records.

Meta data deletion

We provide a data deletion callback as required by Meta. When a user removes Zentro from their Meta account, we delete the stored ad data and provide a confirmation code and status URL.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable Romanian and EU law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

7. Children

Zentro is a business tool. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make material changes we will notify you by email. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
