These terms are an agreement between you and FH MARKETING S.R.L. (tax code 50128643), registered at Intrarea Simionescu Gheorghe Nr. 19, Ap. B26, București, România ("Zentro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Zentro, you accept these terms on behalf of the business you represent.
Zentro is a web application that combines data from your online store, advertising accounts and the costs you enter to produce financial reports, such as contribution margin, profit and loss, and customer acquisition cost.
Zentro is for businesses only. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose accounts you connect. You're responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
Zentro is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you'll never be charged without agreeing to a plan first.
You own your data, including the data synced from connected platforms and the costs you enter. You give us permission to process it only to provide Zentro to you. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
When you connect Shopify, Meta or another platform, you confirm you're allowed to share that account's data with us. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.

Zentro's reports depend on data from third-party platforms and on the costs you enter, and they can contain errors or delays. They are provided for information only and are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Check important figures before relying on them for business, tax or investment decisions.
Zentro is in active development and is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, add or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We'll give reasonable notice before removing anything significant.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or business decisions made using Zentro's figures. While Zentro is free, our total liability to you is limited to 100 euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.
You can stop using Zentro at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing mihai@fuelhaus.co. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using Zentro after that, you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts in București, România.
